How to movement a photo to some other album in Facebook (2020)

Sometimes when I'thou uploading a group of photos to Facebook I forget to set an album for them. It defaults to the 'Mobile Uploads' album. It's harder than you would expect to motion those photos afterwards! This as well works to move photos from one anthology to another in general.

After a lot of searching and trial and mistake, this currently works for me in 2020 on a desktop reckoner.

Get to your Mobile Uploads Album

I couldn't practise this straight. Mobile Uploads doesn't show upwardly on the default Albums tab under the Photos department in Facebook. I had to go and observe a photo that was in the Mobile Uploads album to get to information technology. However this url is currently working to bring you lot direct to your a full list of your albums. From here you lot can access whichever anthology you want to move the photograph(southward) from, including Mobile Uploads.

Find a photo yous want to alter the album for

Detect a photo yous want to move and use the edit icon on the meridian correct to become the 'move to some other album' option. Note that since contempo Facebook updates not all photos will give the option to motility to another anthology. Photos uploaded as a group cannot be moved. Photos added by themselves can.

Choose the anthology you want to move the photograph to

Select your new album from the dropdown. Note the warning that this volition move the photo from your original postal service on your timeline. So if there are already comments or likes on the grouping of photos y'all posted and then yous may lose those.
